We take the weighted average and subtract penalties: a low withdrawal limit costs up to 0.5 and a cap on winnings up to 0.3, the more the lower they are. Bookmakers are scored on their odds and betting offer instead of game variety; a brand that is both gets the average of the two.
Do casinos pay for a better rating?
